First Time Jamming!

I decided this year to can and jam my peaches! I use to make raspberry peach jam and peaches with my parents all of the time, but this was the first year I made them on my own. It was a fun project.
I made 6 or 7 batches of jam and canned one batch of peaches! I don't know that I will ever can peaches again! They are a pain to peel and make sure they look perfect!
I gained a whole new appreciation. For my mom and dad's canned peaches! They are so quick and amazing at canning them.

Next year I hope to buy a dehydrator and make fruit leather and dried apples!

Baby Cruz!

We are so excited and in peace with the arrival of Cruz Young. He is a perfect little boy! I am so excited for Danny and Molly! Cruz is so lucky to have them for parents!
